During her final semester, Aishah underwent industrial training at the Kelantan State Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) in the Fire Investigation Unit, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in fire investigation and emergency operations.

She later joined a uniformed organization and completed her training at PULAPOL Dungun. The real-life fire cases she was involved in have shaped her into a more disciplined and capable officer.
