Vision University College strengthened its postgraduate and research engagement in Indonesia through a recent visit by the College’s Director to two major academic events: the CRUX Malaysia–Indonesia Postgraduate Academic Forum 2026 and the Indonesia Postgraduate and Research Expo 2026.
Expanding Malaysia–Indonesia Academic Connections
The visit created valuable opportunities to meet postgraduate students, researchers, academic institutions and potential partners from Indonesia. These conversations supported Vision University College’s ongoing efforts to expand regional cooperation in postgraduate education, research development and knowledge exchange.
International academic engagement allows institutions to share expertise, explore collaborative projects and understand the changing needs of postgraduate learners. Participation in both events also strengthened the College’s presence within the Malaysia–Indonesia higher education network.
Supporting Postgraduate Study and Research
The CRUX Malaysia–Indonesia Postgraduate Academic Forum 2026 provided a platform for academic dialogue and professional networking. The Indonesia Postgraduate and Research Expo 2026 brought together institutions, researchers and prospective postgraduate students to discuss study opportunities, research interests and future collaboration.
Through direct engagement at these events, Vision University College was able to introduce its postgraduate pathways and learn more about the interests of students and researchers in the region. The visit also encouraged conversations about joint research, academic mobility and partnerships that can support meaningful educational outcomes.
Building Opportunities Beyond Borders
Cross-border collaboration is increasingly important in higher education. By connecting scholars and institutions from Malaysia and Indonesia, academic forums and research expos can create new opportunities for innovative research, shared learning and long-term institutional relationships.
Vision University College remains committed to developing postgraduate education that is relevant, accessible and connected to the wider academic community. The Director’s participation reflects the College’s continuing effort to promote research collaboration, strengthen international engagement and support knowledge exchange across Southeast Asia.
These regional connections will help create wider opportunities for postgraduate learners, researchers and academic partners while contributing to the development of a more collaborative higher education ecosystem.
