The Keeper of Lost Records – CAW 2026

College Activity Week in January 2026 will bring students together for a series of engaging activities designed to encourage participation, creativity, and collaboration across campus. One of the main highlights of the week will be a haunted house event titled “The Keeper of Lost Records,” which is expected to attract strong interest from students and staff.

The haunted house will be set in a specially transformed classroom area, designed to resemble an abandoned archive filled with forgotten files and unsettling details. Rather than focusing solely on jump scares, the experience will centre on a storyline. Visitors will follow the tale of a mysterious keeper responsible for guarding lost records, uncovering clues and fragments of a hidden past as they move through each room.

The event will be planned and managed by a student organising committee, with support from various clubs and departments. Students involved will take charge of set design, lighting, sound effects, and visitor flow, ensuring a well-structured and safe experience. This preparation process will allow participants to gain hands-on exposure to event management and teamwork.

Beyond entertainment, “The Keeper of Lost Records” will serve as a platform for students to apply creative ideas in a real-world setting while strengthening cross-programme interaction.

College Activity Week 2026 is expected to provide a balanced blend of enjoyment and skill development. Through initiatives like this haunted house, the college aims to create meaningful co-curricular experiences that support personal growth alongside academic learning.
