Our head of corporate communication, Dato’ Dr. Nik Najib Bin Nik Abdul Rahman, recently visited Kota Bharu Medical Centre (KBMC). The purpose of the visit was twofold: to engage with Vision University College (VUC) alumni, Puan Nur Illyuni Hayati and Encik Mohd Nazri bin Yaacob, Chief Executive Officer of KBMC, as well as to review the hospital’s infrastructure, particularly the Radiology Department, including its sonography facilities.
Puan Nur Illyuni Hayati, a proud VUC alumna from the Class of 2023 and currently the only certified sonographer in Kelantan, is now serving at KBMC. During the visit, before the scheduled educational talk session, Dato’ Dr. Nik Najib took the opportunity to tour the medical centre and engage in a meaningful conversation with Puan Hayati regarding her professional journey and experiences working at KBMC.
Following this, Encik Mohd Nazri bin Yaacob, CEO of KBMC, joined the discussion with Dato’ Dr. Nik Najib. They exchanged insights on various topics of mutual interest before proceeding to the planned talk session at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
