Vision Mindscape Day 1 Supports Student Well-Being During Examination Season

Vision University College successfully held Vision Mindscape Day 1 on 7 October 2026, creating a safe and welcoming campus space where students could relax, express their emotions and take a meaningful break from examination stress.

The student well-being programme combined counselling support with practical wellness activities designed to encourage reflection, creativity and positive social interaction. It gave students an opportunity to pause from academic demands, recharge and focus on their mental health in a supportive environment.

Interactive Wellness Activities for Students

Vision Mindscape Day 1 featured a variety of activities that allowed students to participate at their own pace. The programme included a Motivation Jar, Puzzle Your Mind, a Stress-Relief Colouring Zone, Colour Therapy, Coffee Talk with a Counsellor, Build & Unwind and a Prize Redemption Corner.

Each activity offered a different way to support emotional well-being. Creative exercises such as colouring and building encouraged students to slow down and focus on the present moment, while puzzles provided light mental stimulation. The Motivation Jar gave participants a chance to share and receive encouraging messages.

Counselling Support in a Relaxed Setting

Coffee Talk with a Counsellor provided an approachable setting for students to connect with counselling support. Informal activities can make conversations about stress and emotional well-being feel more accessible, especially during busy academic periods.

By placing counselling and wellness resources within an engaging campus programme, Vision Mindscape helped students become more aware of the support available to them. It also encouraged healthy conversations about managing examination pressure and maintaining balance.

Promoting Mental Health Awareness on Campus

Examination season can be demanding, and taking short, intentional breaks is an important part of effective preparation. Vision Mindscape Day 1 reminded students that rest, self-awareness and supportive connections can contribute to both personal well-being and academic resilience.

The event reflected Vision University College’s commitment to a learning environment that supports students beyond the classroom. Academic growth is strengthened when students also have opportunities to develop emotional awareness, healthy coping strategies and a sense of belonging.

A Meaningful Start to Vision Mindscape

Vision University College thanks all students who participated and helped make the first day of Vision Mindscape meaningful. Their involvement created a positive atmosphere of encouragement, creativity and mutual support across the campus community.

Programmes such as Vision Mindscape form part of the college’s continuing efforts to promote student well-being, mental health awareness, counselling support and a balanced campus experience.
