Thirty-two students have successfully completed the MAIPk-Sponsored Special Training Programme at Vision University College, marking an important milestone in their skills development and career preparation.
The students completed their studies under the Logistics Assistant (LA) and Patient Care Assistant (PCA) courses after three months of industry training. A certificate presentation ceremony was held to recognise their dedication, practical learning and achievements throughout the programme.
Celebrating Student Achievement and Industry Training
The ceremony celebrated the students’ successful completion of both classroom learning and industry exposure. Through the programme, participants developed practical skills and gained valuable experience in real working environments.
Industry training plays an important role in preparing students for employment. It allows participants to apply what they have learned, strengthen their professional confidence and understand the expectations of their chosen fields.
Distinguished Guests at the Certificate Presentation
The ceremony was graced by Professor Emeritus Dr Hamzah A. Rahman, Chief Executive of Vision University College. Representatives from MAIPk also attended, including En. Amirudin bin Osman, General Manager of the Asnaf Empowerment Division, and Puan Noraini from the Asnaf Empowerment Division.
Their presence reflected the shared commitment of Vision University College and MAIPk to supporting education, employability and community empowerment through skills-based training.
Logistics Assistant and Patient Care Assistant Training
Students in the Logistics Assistant course gained exposure to the practical knowledge and workplace skills required in logistics operations. Participants in the Patient Care Assistant course developed essential competencies for assisting with patient care and supporting healthcare environments.
Both courses were designed to connect learning with practical application. The three-month industry training component helped students build discipline, communication skills, teamwork and greater readiness for future employment.
Supporting Career Readiness and Community Empowerment
Vision University College is proud to contribute to this meaningful initiative, which supports learners through accessible education, hands-on training and industry exposure. The MAIPk-sponsored programme demonstrates how collaboration between educational institutions and community organisations can create valuable pathways for personal and professional development.
By equipping students with relevant skills and real-world experience, the programme helps strengthen career readiness while supporting broader community empowerment.

Vision University College congratulates all 32 students on completing the MAIPk-Sponsored Special Training Programme. Their commitment and perseverance throughout their studies and industry training deserve recognition.
