College Activity Week (CAW) 2026 began with great energy at Vision University College, bringing students and staff together for a meaningful day of recognition, activities and campus engagement.
Day 1 opened with the official Opening Ceremony, setting the tone for a programme designed to celebrate student achievement while encouraging participation beyond the classroom. The event highlighted the vibrant community spirit that shapes the student experience at Vision University College.
Recognising Academic Achievement
One of the day’s most meaningful moments was the Dean’s List Certificate Ceremony. Students were recognised for their excellent academic performance, dedication and commitment to their studies.
The ceremony celebrated more than academic results. It reflected the perseverance, discipline and consistent effort required throughout every student’s learning journey. Faculty members, college representatives and fellow students joined the occasion to acknowledge the recipients and share in their achievement.
Activities that Brought the Campus to Life
Throughout the day, students took part in a variety of activities that created a lively and welcoming atmosphere across the campus. These included:
- Futsal, encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship and healthy competition;
- Yoga, supporting physical wellness, balance and relaxation;
- Sales booths, giving students opportunities to engage with the campus community and develop practical skills; and
- A blood donation drive, promoting compassion and community service.
Together, these activities gave students opportunities to connect with one another, explore interests and contribute positively to the wider community. The combination of academic recognition, wellness, sport and service demonstrated the many ways students can grow through active campus participation.
