| Happy International Women’s Day! On this day, we celebrate the achievements of women in all aspects of life—social, economic, cultural, and political. It is also a day to recognize the ongoing efforts in many countries to advocate for women’s rights and equality, as women currently enjoy only about 77% of the legal rights granted to men. This year, the theme of International Women’s Day is “Give to Gain.” This theme emphasizes the power of reciprocity and support. When individuals, organizations, and communities give generously, opportunities and support for women grow. Giving is not a subtraction—it is intentional multiplication. When women thrive, we all rise.
