Vision University College Orientation Day 2: A Day of Fun, Teamwork and New Friendships

Day 2 of the July Intake Orientation Programme at Vision University College (VUC) continued with an exciting outdoor experience as students gathered at the lake area for a day filled with mini games, teamwork, creativity, and laughter.

The session gave students a chance to step outside the classroom environment and connect with their new friends in a more relaxed setting. Students were divided into groups, allowing them to interact with course mates from different backgrounds while building teamwork and communication skills.

Throughout the day, students took part in several fun mini games, including Pop the Balloon, Stack the Cups, and the Traffic Jam Game. These activities encouraged students to think quickly, work together, support one another, and solve challenges as a team. The games also created many cheerful moments, with students cheering for their group members and enjoying the friendly competition.

In addition to the games, each group was also given the opportunity to come up with their own group slogan. This activity allowed students to express their group identity, creativity, and team spirit. The slogans helped build confidence and encouraged students to take pride in working together.

Another important part of Day 2 was the preparation for the performance session on the following day. Students discussed ideas within their groups, planned their performances, and explored creative ways to present themselves. This gave them the opportunity to share ideas, practise leadership, and prepare for a memorable showcase.

Overall, Day 2 of orientation was filled with fun, energy, and meaningful interaction. More than just a day of games, it helped students build friendships, develop teamwork, and feel more connected to the Vision University College community. Through these activities, students continued to grow in confidence as they began their new journey at VUC.
