Trainer Profile :

Trainer Koh Li Hong

Li Hong is a business and talent consultant, trainer, and coach with expertise spanning sales, marketing, and people development. Her career includes roles as Business Development Lead, Learning & Culture Lead, and Management Consultant, where she discovered her passion for helping people and organisations grow with clarity and confidence.

An HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), and Certified STEP First Class Manager, Li Hong designs and facilitates programs that connect business goals with people capabilities. She has worked with companies such as Padini, Elcomed, Intel, Philip Morris, Nestcon, SWIFT, and various SMEs across industries.

Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay, she engages diverse audiences through business logic, storytelling, and digital tools. Passionate about AI literacy and human-centred learning, she helps professionals use no-code AI tools to boost productivity and creativity.

Currently pursuing her Master of Entrepreneurship at HELP University, Li Hong’s mission is to turn complexity into clarity, potential into performance, and learning into lasting impact.

Trainer Dave Chua Beng Hooi

Dave Chua is a seasoned IT professional and PMP-certified project manager with extensive experience in manufacturing, hospitality, oil & gas, utilities, and insurance industries. As an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, he is known for delivering results-driven and engaging training programs that align strategic business goals with practical execution.

His core training areas include Project Management, Leadership & Team Building, Change Management, Problem-Solving Skills, and Personal Goal-Setting aligned with company vision. Dave emphasizes communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and structured decision-making to enhance organizational performance.

With over a decade in IT and project consulting, he has successfully implemented complex systems such as SAP IS-U, Microsoft .NET, and Oracle, and has led multiple enterprise-level ERP and manufacturing system rollouts. Beyond technology, his experience extends to sales, event organization, education, and personal mentoring, showcasing his versatility and ability to inspire both individuals and teams.

Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology & Information Science from the National University of Malaysia (2009) and obtained his PMP certification (2021) and HRD Corp Trainer Accreditation (2024).

Trainer Sally Yap Choy Ying

Sally is a passionate and dedicated trainer with over 8 years of  professional experience, including a specialization in Learning &  Development. Her dynamic facilitation style and active involvement in  Toastmasters, combined with her background in event management,  have equipped her to design and deliver impactful training programs that resonate with diverse audiences.

Her background in events management has honed her ability to  orchestrate seamless, engaging sessions, ensuring every detail contributes to a well-structured and interactive learning environment. Transitioning into Learning & Development and HR, Sally has gained experiences in designing and delivering programs that align with organizational goals while meeting the unique needs of individuals.

Sally’s approachable and dynamic facilitation style allows her to build meaningful connections with her participants, creating a safe and engaging space for learning. She draws on her HR expertise to understand the challenges teams face and uses this insight to craft relatable, real world training scenarios.

As a certified TTT trainer and past active Toastmasters member, Sally specializes in communication and leadership development. Her sessions blend practical strategies with interactive exercises, ensuring participants leave empowered with tools they can apply immediately. Sally’s dedication to creating connection and fostering collaboration enables her to inspire participants to strengthen relationships, develop new skills, and achieve both personal and organizational success.

Trainer Ong Yi Jing

Ong Yi Jing is an HRDC-accredited trainer with over 8 years of cross-industry experience in Malaysia and Taiwan, specialising in project management, team collaboration and business execution for SMEs. His portfolio includes managing Malaysia’s largest equity crowdfunding campaign, raising RM10 million in four days, and leading 16 funding projects worth over RM27 million. His career also extends into urban development, feasibility studies and strategic execution across diverse teams and stakeholders.

With a background in Urban Planning and hands-on roles in consulting and business development, Yi Jing combines analytical thinking with practical implementation. His training helps teams transform business goals into clear plans, aligned roles and actionable steps. Known for his “Smart, Simple and Real” approach, he delivers structured, tool-based and interactive sessions that strengthen clarity, ownership and collaboration.

Today, Yi Jing conducts project management, team alignment and business model execution programs on-site and virtually, empowering teams to execute with clarity, accountability and alignment.

Trainer Ruben Thanapalasingam

A highly skilled Quality, Compliance & Safety Management professional with 31 years working experience of which, 14 years in Aviation Quality Assurance including regulatory and compliance monitoring.

Functional expertise in internal audits to ensure compliance with organisational processes and procedures for continuous quality improvements, with intention to expand accrued expertise into other industries, beyond aviation.

Keen ability to review regulatory requirements and revise internal process manuals and operating procedures to conform to statutory obligations. Competent in Safety Management system and strong risk-based assessment skills to proactively manage organisational risk rating and mitigate quality impairments.

Effective Trainer with sound communication & presentation skills and HRDC Train-the Trainer certification to deliver training programmes.

Excellent team-player with ability to engage at all levels and proven leadership talents to steer customer centric organisational goals. Highly motivated individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Trainer Susan Voo (Lee Tze Voo)

Susan Voo (Lee Tze Voo) is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and Mental Health Consultant dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through creative, mindfulness-based learning. She specializes in designing programs that enhance employee well-being, promote emotional resilience, and cultivate inclusive, compassionate workplaces.

Holding a Master of Counselling from International Medical University (IMU) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Susan integrates expressive art therapy, coaching, and mindfulness techniques into her training. With more than a decade of experience in business development, training, and mental wellness, she brings both strategic and human perspectives to her work. Her previous corporate roles at AIA Bhd and BSI Services Malaysia strengthened her understanding of workplace dynamics, leadership, and employee engagement.

As the Founder of Mindful Art of Life House, Susan has facilitated various corporate wellness and compliance programmes, including Senses of Serenity: Mindfulness Self-Care Training, Relax & Recharge with Mindfulness Arts, and Personal Data Protection (PDPA) Compliance Workshops. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she continues to inspire people to reconnect with their purpose, creativity, and inner calm — fostering growth and harmony within modern, multicultural workplaces.

Trainer Angeline Chua Pek Hon

Angeline Chua is the Founder and Director of Transfer Pricing GPS Sdn Bhd, a specialist advisory firm focused on transfer pricing compliance and training in Malaysia. With close to a decade of experience, she has served with reputable firms including Deloitte Malaysia and BDO, gaining deep technical knowledge and practical insight across various transfer pricing domains.

Her areas of expertise include transfer pricing documentation, functional analysis, compliance diagnostic review, audit defense, planning, and risk assessment for cross-border transactions. Angeline has led over 95 full-day training sessions, impacting more than 1,500 participants, and is recognised for delivering practical, hands-on content that bridges technical requirements with commercial realities. She regularly conducts workshops for listed entities, SMEs, and professional bodies and is also a guest lecturer at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UniRazak).

Her client experience spans industries such as healthcare, automotive, construction and property development, hospitality, electronics, poultry, and information technology. Angeline is known for developing cost-effective, tailored solutions that enhance both regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Trainer Nor Aina Kamaruddin

Nor Aina Kamaruddin is an accomplished HR professional and certified HRD Corp trainer with over 25 years of experience across leading multinational and local organizations. She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Open University Malaysia and a Diploma in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA.

Her career spans strategic roles including Senior Manager of HR & Admin at Allianz Partners (AWP Services), HRBP and Country HR Change Lead at Electrolux Asia Pacific, and Head of Human Resources at Prudential Services Asia. Aina has also served in HR leadership positions at IBM Malaysia, BIMB Holdings, and Celcom Malaysia.

Specializing in performance management, competency development, job evaluation, and employee engagement, Aina designs and delivers impactful HR training that bridges theory with practical workplace application. Her programs—ranging from Employment Act compliance to leadership and performance excellence—empower managers and teams to thrive in high-performance environments.

Passionate about developing people, she brings depth, clarity, and real-world insight to every session she conducts.

Trainer Vijendhiren Jay Ahrumugam

Vijendhiren “Jay” Ahrumugam is an HRDC-certified trainer with over 20 years of diverse experience across hospitality, F&B, education, security, legal support and frontline operations. He holds a Diploma in Law and a Level 7 qualification in Business Management, and is currently pursuing his MBA to further deepen his strategic and leadership expertise.

Jay’s career began in banking, conveyancing and law enforcement before he transitioned into the hospitality industry, where he managed outlet operations, pre-opening projects, guest engagement and sales performance for hotels, clubs and bistros. He later moved into the education and training sector, overseeing student recruitment portfolios and developing programs focused on hospitality, service excellence and employability.

Today, Jay trains talents nationwide, specialising in service excellence, hospitality operations, interview readiness, people skills and team development. Known for his energetic delivery and real-industry insights, he equips participants with the confidence, discipline and professionalism needed to excel in the workplace.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Sunway – Lancaster University, and is currently pursuing her MBA at ELM Graduate School, HELP University. Angeline is an Associate Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), a Certified Customs Agent, and an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer.

Trainer Chua Wei Yee

Chua Wei Yee is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and dedicated educator with over five years of experience in legal education, English language proficiency, and professional development training. She holds a Master of English Studies from Open University Malaysia and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD at the School of Social Science & Linguistics, National University of Malaysia, further deepening her expertise in communication and human behaviour.

With a unique combination of legal knowledge and communication skills, Wei Yee has conducted impactful training programmes in areas such as business communication, employment law, customer service excellence, emotional intelligence, and team building. Her sessions are recognised for being interactive, practical, and tailored to the real needs of today’s workplace.

She specialises in transforming complex concepts into clear, applicable insights—empowering participants to communicate confidently, handle workplace challenges effectively, and uphold professional standards. Passionate about lifelong learning and human development, Wei Yee is committed to nurturing competent, ethical, and future-ready professionals across industries.
